• 2007 Wage rate: Starting-$15.73 per hour, top out in 48 months at $18.41

• 2008 Wage rate: Starting-$16.21 per hour, top out in 48 months at $18.96

• 40 hour work week with overtime paid after 8 hours in one day or 40 hours in one week

• 10 named holidays and 2 floating holidays

• Vacation accrued as follows:

After 1 year of continuous service:    2 weeks

After 5 years of continuous service:   2 weeks and two days

After 7 years of continuous service:   3 weeks

After 12 years of continuous service: 3 weeks and two days

After 15 years of continuous service: 4 weeks

After 20 years of continuous service: 5 weeks

• The Town will pay 90% of the cost of health insurance (Physician's Plus and Dean Health Care).

• Town paid life and long term disability insurance.

• Longevity bonus after three years.

• Sick leave acquired at one day per month up to 168 days.

• Employer will pay 100% of employee's cost of the WI Retirement Fund.
