SUSPECT: ARNOLD CORTEZ THOMPON, Black Male, date of birth 10-10-80, last known address 2001 Leland Dr. #1 Madison, WI

Victim(s)/Injuries:

Victim info: Black male approximately 43 years of age, stab wound to the chest. Currently in stable condition at a Madison area hospital.

Details of Incident:

On 8/14/05 at approximately 12:56am, Town of Madison Police Officers Pucillo, Froseth and Detective Anderson were called to 826 W. Badger Rd. #D regarding a stabbing. Initial investigation revealed that a fight occurred inside the apartment between the suspect ARNOLD CORTEZ THOMPSON age 24 and a 43 year old black male. According to the victim THOMPSON stabbed him with a large knife and fled the scene.

The circumstances surrounding the fight are unknown at this time.
