Details of Incident:

On November 11, 2005 at approximately 12:14 a.m., Town of Madison Police Officers were dispatched to westbound U.S Hwy 12/18 just west of Todd Drive for a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival officers observed a vehicle in the ditch and on its roof. After making contact with the vehicle officers observed that the front passenger and driver were dead upon arrival. The rear passenger was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.

This crash is still under investigation but speed is considered a factor.
