Suspect 1: Male/Black; 5’10”; 180 lbs; last seen wearing a black hoodie

Suspect 2: Male/Black; 6’00”; 250 lbs; last seen wearing a black hoodie

Victim(s)/Injuries:

Victim is a 21-year-old male and is a city of Madison resident. He sustained a gun shot wound to hand and was treated at a hospital and released after treatment.

Details of Incident:

On 12/15/05 at approximately 9:22 p.m. Town of Madison Police responded to 2705 Pheasant Ridge Trail for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival all parties fled and the officers could only locate numerous shell casings in the parking lot of 2705 Pheasant Ridge Trail. Soon thereafter the 21-year-old male victim arrived at a local hospital for a gunshot wound to his hand.

Through the investigation it appears the victim was not the intended target; he was a passenger in the vehicle the intended target was driving. The intended victim and suspect may have had a conflict with the shooter and his associate over a month ago at a downtown bar.

As the vehicle was exiting the apartment complex parking lot the suspect shot at the vehicle. It is believed 10 rounds were fired from a handgun. The victim was seated in the front passenger seat of the vehicle while he was shot in his hand.

The Town of Madison Police Department is seeking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call the Town of Madison Police at 210-7262 or Crime Stoppers at 266-6014.
