Arrested Person(s)/Suspect Description:

 

The department is in the process of identifying three possible suspects.  We cannot release suspect information at this time.

Victim(s)/Injuries:

 

The two victim’s identities are not being released.  Both victims (ages 33 and 34) were stabbed once.  One victim was stabbed in the side and the other in the upper back area.  A friend transported one victim to a hospital; Town of Madison EMS transported the other victim.  Both victims are in stable condition.

 

Details of Incident:

 

The victims and suspects know each other and spent much of Sunday April 9, 2006 and the morning of April 10, 2006 together.  An argument occurred between the one suspect and the first victim.  The first victim was then stabbed in the side.  The second victim then contacted the suspect and was eventually stabbed in the back.

 

The Town of Madison Police Department is in the process of identifying the suspect and two other persons at the scene.  Anyone with information can anonymously contact the Town of Madison TIPS Line at 661-8477 or Crime Stoppers at 266-6014.
