Male Black #1, approx. 19 yoa, 5”09 and 165 lbs
Male Black #2, approx. 19 yoa, 5”10 and 175 lbs
Details of Incident:
On 01/12/06 Town of Madison Police responded to the 2700 block of Pheasant Ridge Trail for a report of multiple shots fired. During the investigation it was revealed two subjects had a verbal altercation with a group of at least 3 male black subjects outside of an apartment building. Following the verbal altercation two subjects left the area and came back with a third subject. The returning subjects then fired at the other group from a moving vehicle while they were outside. The shots struck the building of 2709 Pheasant Ridge Trail. It was reported the vehicle then fled the area.
Shell casings were located on the roadway; as well as several rounds, which had struck the building.
One subject was taken into custody following a traffic stop near the Lakepoint drive area. This subject was released by police and may have been involved in the incident.
The Town of Madison Police is seeking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call the Town of Madison Police at 210-7262 or Crimestoppers at 266-6014 and or may have information on the shooting.
