New Information:
A composite drawing of the suspect in this case is now available. The Town of Madison Police Department is looking for information as to the whereabouts of the suspect. The compost drawing is attached to this release. New description of the suspect is as follows:
The suspect is a Male/Hispanic in his early 30’s, approximately 5’4” tall and 160 lbs. He has dark brown or black hair above the collar has a medium build, and a medium to deep voice. He was last seen wearing a jacket, unsure of the color, dark colored pants, and dark colored tennis shoes running east on Lake George Road toward Rimrock Road.

Suspect Description:
The suspect is a Male/Hispanic in his early 30’s, approximately 5’4”
tall and 160 lbs. He has dark brown or
black hair above the collar has a medium build, with a dark mustache and medium
to deep voice. He was last seen wearing
dark blue or black zippered hooded sweat jacket, dark colored pants, and dark
colored tennis shoes running east on Lake George Road toward Rimrock Road.

Details of Incident:
On Monday, November 19, 2007 at 12:04 am officers were dispatched to a
residence Pheasant Ridge Trail. A
46-year-old female was walking alone westbound on Lake George Road. She observed a lone male walking behind her;
she became scared and started running towards her home. The male suspect caught up to her and pulled
her to a secluded area and sexually assaulted her.
The victim ran towards her home and made contact with
her family, who was in the area looking for her. They immediately called the police.
The police department would like to remind all
persons, especially females, to walk with a friend, especially at night.
