Details of Incident:

On 02/23/07 the family of a 5-year-old female child reported to the Town of Madison Police their child may have been sexually assaulted. The parents of the child noticed injuries on their child after being babysat by a member of the family whom does not reside with the child. After numerous interviews with the family the Town of Madison developed a suspect whom was identified as 17-year-old Jacob Corona-Delgado. Corona-Delgado is not a part of the immediate family however he is related to the victim. Corona-Delgado was apprehended within hours of the original call. The Town of Madison Police conducted an investigation and subsequently Corona-Delgado was booked into the Dane County Jail on charges of 1^st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Incest to a Child.
