Incident: Community Notification Meeting

Details of Incident:

The Town of Madison Police Department along with the Department of Corrections and the Dane County Sheriffs Office will be holding a Community Notification Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on May 10, 2007. This meeting will be held at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Church, 329 Coyier Lane, Madison, WI 53713. At this meeting we will be offering information about the Community Notification Law and the release of Manuel M. Martinez. Martinez was previously released in a temporary location and is moving to 2251 Badger Lane effective May 11, 2007.

A photo of Martinez will be available at this meeting, as well as more detailed information regarding his offense history. Information about protective behaviors and personal safety in our community will also be addressed.

The Town of Madison Police Department along with representatives from the Department of Corrections and Dane County Sheriffs Department are encouraging citizens and business representatives of the Badger Lane area to attend this meeting to gain knowledge about this offender and his release into our community.
